pvc figures wishlist:: updated 2008.10.19

here's the latest update on my wish list. i got 2 new toys! the belldandy 1/8 scale figure and a new figma kanu unchou of ikki tousen figure, which was not in my wish list but i bought it since i've been thinking to buy one of her figures.. the kallen standfield and c.c. from the anime hit series code geass figures that i was watching on ebay are hoaxes.. there are 2, i think they are dummy accounts, that made a huge jump with their bids. if my guess is right, i think the seller himself made those accounts and made his own bid.. forgot the exact figure but i think the item's original bid price was around 6 usd, then those face accounts mad a bid price of 30+ usd? hahah! owell..

to buy or not to buy

i was assigned by my company again to go to hong kong in order to meet and conduct training to our project's users today. i shall be back this saturday. it's my first short trip to hk for work which did not allow me to go around, see something new and do a little shopping. though i already have some things in my mind that i want to buy. some wish list that up til now, just a few hours before my trip, could not decide wether i'm gonna buy or not..

i'm still thinking if i am going to buy a new lens and, a new nintendo ds for me and my brother.. or maybe i should buy them next time.. haha! also, i was hoping i could see and buy some of the toys/ figures i've been wanting to have too! sheesh! my trip is just for a couple of days (5 days to ba exact including the trip to and going home) and i guess i'm gonna spend more than that of a 2-3 weeks trip i had before..

anyway.. wish me luck and the soon i get to decide, the better haha! i'm sorry, i know there are other bigger problems out there..

hmm just want to add for a few things though, these are a few happenings i'm looking forward to this month.

october 19, 2008 - pre nuptial photoshoot for my best friend. (one main reason why i was so tempted to buy me a new lens)

october 24 or 25, 2008 - pre debut shoot for a friend.

october 26, 2008 - our very own comeback fashion shoot! (another reason why i was soooo tempted to buy a new lens)

there you go, better hit the shower. can't be late for my flight!

Plurk

i don't really know what they call this type of social network thing, but it's pretty addictive. Plurk offers people a fun way to interact, stay connected and, keep in touch. i've heard they refer to it as a micro blog site, since you can put in whatever you are doing, thinking, hoping, wishing, etc right now. you can even share an image, link and youtube video.

a lot of my friends are addicted to it. i on the other hand, having difficulties in expressing myself sure do find time to plurk even a tiny irrelevant thought i want to share, has been logging into my plurk account eversince i joined. and til now, my karma just keeps going up. :D

canon eos 5d mark ii

the latest model and i think the most awaited model of canon releases this year is non other than the Canon EOS 5D Mark II.

i am really hoping i could get one myself in the future. this is a full frame dslr. announced last september 17, 2008.

it has a lot of pretty interesting features and upgrades. not to mention its new 21 MP CMOS sensor, Digic 4 processor and full HD video recording!

i know it's a digital slr, supposed to capture photos and still images, but i was really in aw upon seeing the sample clips of this monster. Canon really pulled it through this year with this model's release.

personal update

haven't been posted to my blog for a while.

i've been busy with some stuff. here are just some updates of my exciting life haha!

i've been to Microsoft .Net training for 5 days. i was sent by my company i work with to have this training. it was an introductory crash course of Microsoft Visual Basic Programming with the .Net framework or environment. aside from Visual Basic, developing web pages using ASP .Net was also included in the course.

i've also been working on a project for my elementary friend. it's a small sales inventory system. hehe.. i really need extra income so i've been finding ways to earn more money for myself to spend. but the thing is, having this type of sideline which is similar to your daily job is really hard. imagine programming 8 hours a day, sometimes even more, then going home, again to program.. the project is almost done though. should be finished within the week. i really do hope to deliver it by saturday.

next something major! i really want to have a shoot really badly! me and my photog friends are organizing a shoot this coming october 26! i really want to have one soon. it's been 4 months or more since the last time i had a fashion shoot! aaarggh! all the while, i was just shooting some events, my pamangkin and my toys/ figures! waaah! we do hope to find 2 models who would join us for the shoot. it's going to be our come back shoot. i am really hoping it to be like an fhm kind of shoot!

other than those, just work. haha! busyness.. anyway. i will try to post more often on my blog.. i really need extra income hahah!

it's been one year since i joined google adsense and til now i just earned around 12 USD! hahahah! i should try to work on and improve my blog so that i could earn more. ye! earn money online!

pamangkin

pamangkin is a filipino word which means your relationship to the children of your siblings. in english, they are referred to as your neices or nephews.

it's been a while since i posted photos of my 2 pamangkin, Gabe and Shanon. Gabe is my first pamangkin, Shannon's Gabe's little sister.

here are some of the latest photos of them. both are sooo adorable.




Gabe already knows how to pose whenever he sees a camera. even when he's crying. he'll stop to do his pose.

Shannon on the other hand has several new tricks also. she knows how to clap whenever she hears the words "galing.." (very good). she knows how to wave bye bye and, she can do beautiful eyes already.


Gabe was actually crying before doing his pose.
