PLDT plan 1995 problem. they suck!!!

PLDT MyDSL plann 1995 classic sucks! up til now we are still getting the speed below..

our normal speed, before they admitted that they are having a problem with their connections about a month ago, should be around 1.2 Mbps..

considering PLDT haven't approved my request to upgrade our speed to 2 Mbps like what they are promoting at their website.. we always pay on time.. we do feel like they have been cheating on their subscribers!
what's up with that? why thay haven't been fixing our connections yet? do we still need to follow our connection status in order for them to reconfigure our connections?

and calling pldt support has always been a hassle, their technical staff are only available during weedays office hours. i mean, people do go to work.. how are they going to reach us if we're not home? and requesting for their technical staff to contact us on our mobile phones? they never happened and they never do.. i never received any calls from them or even text when instructed. they'd always call and try to reach you through your land lines. and if they weren't able to reach you or talk to you, they'll just set your request for fix report/status as done, but contact person wasn't home. see how efficient they are?

i did
clearly asked or instructed or request the hotline agent to please inform their technical staff or whoever will contact me through my mobile phone instead.. so what now? should i leave for work in order to wait for their technical staff? and then what? just wait for them to tell me that they are having a problem right now and they are already fixing it?? haay..



this is our connection for a month now and i believe we've just paid our monthly bill l2 weeks ago.. PLDT is indeed unfair and their support really sucks!!!
